It’s not a bad thing to be careful with your identity! I am careful to only give out identifying information to companies like this which I know are legitimate. I try to research each thing I post on my site so that you can feel safer taking advantage of the deals. If you want, you could use a birthdate other than you own. Just be consistent with what you choose.
I looked into getting the free Woman’s Day magazine, but they wanted personal info which I am careful to give out. Evidently, you feel this is okay, because you took the offer yourself and advertised it. I have several e-mail identities for such a purpose as this, but if I give a pseudonym, how do I “get by” since I will eventually have to give them my name and address in order to receive the magazine. Just wondered as I am fairly new to giving out my info on the web for all these deals and coupons. Thank you for a reply.
